Terms and Condition
You will find the topics of our terms concerning prices, shipping costs, delivery and payment terms on separate pages of this website; see the links in the left column under "Service". In addition, these terms are effective:
- Product descriptions and prices have informative character only, they are not an offer.
- Due to the hand-made manufacturing of our products slight variations in colour and dimensions can occur; they are not a reason for rejection.
- Ornamentum will only be liable for material and/or financial damages that result from false deliveries and up to the value of the net product value. Subsequent damages are excluded.
- All merchandise remains the property of Ornamentum until the full invoice price has been paid (including VAT if applicable).
- Court of jurisdiction is Rosenheim for both parties.
- Protection of data security: We will use your personal and order data only to process your order and for future contacts. We do not give your data to other parties for marketing purposes.
