The prices shown in this website for the Barlow Tyrie Collection and for the Garden Ornaments are retail prices excluding VAT.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for the Giati and Dunbar Furniture Collections are included in the prices; they include shipping via ocean freight from USA to Central Europe to a commercial address. Extra shipping charges apply for airfreight and special delivery conditions like islands, remote locations and to countries outside Central Europe. The shipping costs for the Giati Fabrics are not included in the prices. Extra charges might apply for customs declarations, import duties and import VAT.
Shipping of the Barlow Tyrie furniture within Germany is free of charge, shipping costs to other countries upon request.

The lead time for the furniture of the Giati and Dunbar Collections is between 8 to 12 weeks. The fabrics of the Giati Collection are available within 1 to 2 weeks.
The lead time of the Barlow Tyrie furniture is between 2 and 4 weeks within Central Europe depending on available stock.
The Garden Ornaments are always made to order; the lead time is between 6 and 8 weeks.
The prices of our quotations do not include the delivery to a private household; they also do not include the set up of furniture and garden ornaments at a private household. We can arrange for end consumer deliveries with set up of furniture and disposal of packaging materials at extra cost.
The set up and mounting of Garden and Architectural Ornaments is always the responsibilty of the recipient. We provide directions for the erection of vases, fountains, temples, etc.
Payment Terms
A down payment is due with the receipt of the order confirmation; the amount of the deposit is stated in our order confirmation – it ranges between half and two thirds of the total order value depending on the furniture ordered. The remainder is due 10 days after delivery. Orders are being processed with our manufacturers after we have received the deposit. Changes to an order or cancellations once the order is being processed at the manufacturer already will be charged with a fee.
Warranty
The standard warranty on all products is 24 months. Exceptions apply; please inquire.
